What we never do
- Give medical, legal or financial advice. Those questions go to your team.
- Lobby officials, or submit a bid for you. You submit it.
- Spend your money or sign anything on your behalf.
- Contact people outside the job without your approval.
- Sell or share your data.
- Promise a tender win, customer numbers or revenue.
How we handle your data
- Personal data handled under Malaysia's PDPA. We collect only what the job needs.
- An NDA comes first, before you share real material.
- The narrowest access the job needs, read-only where it allows.
- Only the people working on your job see your data.
- Export your work any time. Ask us to delete your data and we do.
- Software does the first pass: AI-native delivery. Exceptions are flagged, not guessed, and nothing is final without your sign-off.
Who decides
Where the decision stays with you.
- Custom workflowsYou see a prototype on sample data, scope is agreed in writing, and you sign off.
- Replies exampleReplies use only answers the business has approved. Anything else is handed to the business's own team, never medical, legal or financial advice.
- Ledgers and Payouts examplesExceptions are flagged, not guessed. The client's accountant reviews and signs.
- Tenders exampleA bid or no-bid note. You decide. We never submit bids or lobby.
