We say so on the first call if it is not.
A good fit when
- It repeats daily, weekly or monthly.
- There is a lot of it.
- A person follows rules, written or not.
- A person does it by hand today.
- You can check the output.
Not a fit when
- It depends on judgement or negotiation.
- It needs regulated advice: medical, legal or financial.
- It happens a few times a year.
- Nobody can say what a correct result looks like.
Read a report before you commit to anything.

What we never do, and how we handle your data.
What we never do
- Give medical, legal or financial advice. Those questions go to your team.
- Lobby officials, or submit a bid for you.
- Spend your money or sign anything on your behalf.
- Sell or share your data.
How we handle your data
- Personal data handled under Malaysia's PDPA.
- An NDA comes first, before you share real material.
- The narrowest access the job needs.
- Ask us to delete your data and we do.

Eight things people ask first.
What happens on the free call?
You tell us the repetitive job and show us one example. We ask what goes in, what should come out and who checks it, then say plainly whether it is a fit. It costs nothing.
What does it cost?
The call is free. The workflow map is a fixed fee, credited to the build. Build and monthly care are agreed in writing after the map.
Who sees my data?
Only the people working on your job. An NDA comes first, we use the narrowest access the job needs, and you can ask us to delete your data.
Do you give medical, legal or financial advice?
No. Those questions are handed to your own team. In our examples, your accountant reviews and signs, and for tenders you decide and submit.
What if our software changes?
Monthly care is there for this. If a change affects the workflow, we tell you and agree the fix in writing before we do it.
Who owns the system?
We own the system we build and run it for you. You keep your data and the outputs.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly care is month to month. You can export your work and ask us to delete your data.
How do I know the output is right?
You test the prototype on sample data first. In live use, exceptions are flagged, not guessed, and nothing is final without your sign-off.
Tell us the repetitive job. We will say plainly if it is a fit.
A free 30-minute call. Month to month after that. Nothing final without your sign-off.
